Health Haven Natural Medicine Clinic – Privacy, Cancellation & Marketing Policies.
Health Haven Natural Medicine Clinic collects your personal information, including our Client Intake Form, treatment notes, prescriptions we develop for you and other relevant data, in order to treat you as a client/patient at this practice. This information is kept securely and only used in relation to your treatment. This information may be shared to the Government or Health Funds if requested by them or during an audit. You will be advised prior to the provision of such information and your consent will obtained before it is provided.
Marketing & Communication Policy
Health Haven Natural medicine Clinic uses your mobile number, email address and at times, your physical address, for reasons relating to your treatment & inclusion as a patient at this practice. We may use your personal address to ship product to you or send you relevant communications. These uses include notification of your upcoming appointments, clinic wide information such as Christmas closure, newsletters, deals & relevant information dissemination. You can opt out of SMS or Email marketing at any time, by asking us, or clicking the links supplied. You are unable to opt out of appointment reminders, invoice reminders or statements for outstanding accounts. We will never provide your information to a third party and promise to not inundate you with communications!
Terms of Service – Cancellation Policy & Fees Charged
We run a reliable system of appointment reminders. You receive email reminders when you book an appointment and in the days before your appointment. You receive SMS reminders 24-48hours prior to your appointment, and we can see in the system when these messages are successfully received. Health Haven charges a fee when a patient ‘no shows’ (does not arrive for a booked appointment) or for appointments with late cancellation (less than 24hrs notice). Should you not arrive for your appointment without notifying us or cancelling your appointment with less than 24hrs notice (without reason), you will automatically be invoiced for the entire CONSULTATION FEE. We appreicate your respect with regard to this policy – we allocate time and resources to your appointment and appreciate your kind consideration in keeping your allocated appointments. We do understand that life sometimes happens, so please contact us as soon as possible to discuss, if you do miss an appointment.
